At Petpetit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items must not be damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Certain items, such as personalized, perishable, or hygiene-related products (e.g., pet food, grooming items) may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping details.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Used pet grooming products
